The health crisis has rekindled the importance of social links and has changed the way we think about large gatherings.

After three years of absence, this new edition, entitled Art+People by nuitblanche, puts the links and the human being at the center of the event and places the inhabitants at the heart of the creative process. Closer to the citizens, more intimate, Art + People by nuitblanche enhances the intangible heritage of a Capital where some 180 nationalities are represented.

The event becomes biennial to give time to the creations to take shape, giving pride of place to living art and encouraging the appropriation of public space by all the residents of Brussels.
